Email Verification
- Where can I find the Confirmation email?
As soon as we got your payment, we will send one email to your paypal email address for a confirmation just in case you gave us wrong game information and we powerlevel it uncorrectly. For returning customer, if the order info is same as before, then confirmation email wont be sent again.
- Why did i need to reply the confirmation email?
If you dont reply we couldn't verify the information, that we will be hard to start your order asap. so please try your best to reply as quickly as you can.

- Is this business safe or legal?
TodayWOW has conducted business for over 1 year, and served hundreds of thousands of customers. We conduct leveling service per day, and there are thousands of same companies or studios since there were games come. We are not doing stealage, cheat or scam. All we are doing to using our hands and time, offerring service to other who dont have time to earn corresponding money. though there is no law about game service currently, but we believe,"There is reason".
- If I use your leveling service, will I get banned by Blizzard?
It is the most of players concerned question. be honest, we sometime got banned by blizzard because blizzard has arbitrary rules but we are always careful while powerleveling. According to our experience, blizzard checks periodically. the avg period is 3 weeks and the avg banning rate is 5% and 99% of customers whose acct got banned got back their account after talk with blizzard. So dont worry much about this, if you are unluck and couldnt get account back, we offer a full refund or re-powerlevel a new account.
- When power leveling, will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?
Sure we wont. if not PVP orders we will just grind and do the quests that we can do. PVP orders we will just go into the battles for PK.
- How do I check on the status of my order?
Talk to our CSR or email us , they will tell you the current progress about your order. you also can check it by click at the powerleveling report logo and it will link to you one page, just find out your char there and you will see the status. it is updated twice per day currently.
- What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?
we usually set the character to /dnd or /afk stutas. we dont reply any message but if someone keep messaging your char we will log off and send you email asking for logging on to handle it because our levelers are non english speaking and talking will get reported.
- Do I keep the money & items gained while you play my character?
Of course we will keep them for you. we are not like other sites that doing gold sales. Our business is only powerleveling service, so we keep all the gold , items for our customers.
- If I placed an order on the wrong Realm, what should I do?
Contact us and make corrections asap. Livechat or IMs will be most efficient but also email. our service email address is service@todaywow.com.
- When you are doing power leveling, can you do the Professions powerleveling service?
Yeah, of course we can.
- What's your payment method?
1.PayPal- Pay by paypal directly if you have paypal account already, or you can pay by echeck throught paypal.
